The “Journal of Surgery and Trauma “is the official scientific Quarterly publication of the Department of General Surgery of Birjand University of Medical Sciences that welcomes articles on all aspects of Trauma and surgery practice, research, education, and policy. The articles presented need not have been the products of surgeons or of Emergency Medicine. Submissions from diverse academic backgrounds are encouraged, reflecting journal’s emphasis on comprehensive and collaborative approaches to improving outcomes in trauma and surgery. J Surg Trauma adheres to ICMJE and follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) recommendations.
The Journal of Trauma and Surgery aims to open an interdisciplinary forum that allows for the scientific exchange between basic and clinical science related to Trauma and any aspect of surgery.
 The Editorial Board of the Journal of Trauma and Surgery invites authors to submit articles for publication on any aspect of surgery and Trauma.
